CoinROI Privacy Policy

CoinROI helps collectors scan, identify, organize, value and prepare the sale of coins. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the iOS app and the CoinROI web portal.
Data we process
- Account information: email address, display name, country preferences and email verification status when you enable account, restore or web portal features.
- Coin collection content: coin photos, generated montage images, denomination, country, year, metal, grade, purchase/sale values, notes, subcollections and related catalog metadata that you enter or confirm.
- Technical information: device install identifier, app version, device label, hashed IP address, hashed user agent, request status and server logs used for security, quota management, debugging and service reliability.
- AI and catalog requests: when you use hosted analysis, catalog lookup, market estimation or grading features, coin images and relevant coin metadata may be sent to CoinROI servers and to selected technical service providers only as needed to perform the requested operation.
How we use data
- Provide scan, identification, inventory, valuation, search, restore, synchronization and web portal features.
- Send email verification and login codes.
- Manage Kroins credits, request quotas, abuse prevention, diagnostics and support.
- Improve reliability and correct technical issues. CoinROI does not sell personal data.
Storage and sharing
- Local app data is stored on your device unless you use restore, synchronization, hosted AI, integrated catalog or web portal features.
- Server-side data is hosted for CoinROI service operation and may be processed by infrastructure, email, AI or catalog providers only as needed to provide requested features.
- Coin photos and collection records are not made public by default. You control what you prepare or share for sale.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete local records in the app.
- You can avoid hosted AI or integrated catalog features by not using those features.
- You can delete your CoinROI account and server-side synchronized data in the iOS app from Settings > Account > Delete account. For access or correction requests, contact coinsell@artdelapreuve.fr from the email linked to your CoinROI account.
Children
- CoinROI is not directed to children and is intended for collectors and sellers who can manage their own collection data.
